half-skein Randoms mini thread collection

Randoms are randomly chosen (but loosely coordinating) mini-skeins of various types and sizes, good for adding to your collection and especially good for small projects like daily stitching. They are the same types of thread as listed elsewhere in the shop, but not long enough for complete skeins, and just a bit too long for thread taster sets.

Each collection consists of eight, nine, or ten mini-skeins of cotton and silk thread; threads are labelled individually with the type and skein size. Threads are approximately half-skeins (as an example, a half skein of silk boucle is about 4 yards; a half-skein of fine cotton is about 15 yards). Sets will include a selection from the following thread types; not all types are in each set, and some sets contain more than one of the same type:

Threads have been dyed with Procion fibre-reactive dye and have been well-washed and thoroughly rinsed, but as always I don't guarantee colour-fastness. If your project will need washing, then please test a small amount first. Yardages are approximate.

Individual thread labels are secured with plastic-free tape, so label and tape are compostable.

TR 13: greys and similar (set of 10: 3 silk, 7 cotton)

Postage will be via standard first class in the UK or via tracked international shipping if you're outside the UK.
