Shop policies

Thank you for visiting my online shop.

If your order is placed before 2pm (UK time) on a weekday, I can usually post your item the same day. In any case I aim to post within two working days where possible. I will send you a shipping confirmation via email for physical products.

UK Items will be posted by standard first class unless otherwise stated in the product listing. If you require signed for/trackable posting, please contact me before purchasing so that I can recalculate the postage. I will usually send UK orders over around £70 via signed for post at no extra cost to you. International orders will all be sent by trackable post. 

I do try to render colours as accurately as possible on screen, but your monitor may show colours differently.

With deep regret, I am currently unable to ship items to Northern Ireland or mainland Europe. This is because of GPSR regulations that apply to UK businesses since Brexit.

IMPORTANT information for non-UK customers - please read before ordering:
  • Please ensure that you pick the correct country from the drop-down menu. If there is a discrepancy, I will contact you with a request for any underpaid shipping costs. If I don't receive your response within seven days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You must pay the correct shipping rate for your country, please.
  • Your purchase may be subject to additional customs charges depending on your location. You can use online import tax calculators to estimate what the additional import charges will be before you buy. Please be aware that I have no control at all over how much you will be charged in import duties.
  • Your customs office may occasionally open and inspect your parcel before delivering it to you. Please understand that I have no control over this.
  • When paying by card, please try and remember your purchase when your bank statement arrives. The amount will look different because of the currency conversion. If you initiate a dispute with your bank because you don't recognise the amount, I have to prove to your bank that you did make the purchase, and I am charged a non-refundable fee even if the purchase was genuine. Please contact me before initiating a dispute if you are in any doubt about your purchase.
