Hello and welcome, thank you for visiting today

PDF 2026 intuitive daily stitching templates

£5.00

You are purchasing a PDF document which you will be able to download after purchase. The file size is approximately 3.4 MB, so please make sure that you have space to receive it before placing an order. For best results I would suggest downloading to a laptop, Mac, or desktop computer rather than to a phone, but you should also be able to download to an iPad.

------------------------------------------------------
This is a 22-page A4-size PDF containing notes and photographs covering how to use the templates, how to transfer the designs to your fabric, and some brief suggestions for stitching, plus the twelve monthly template pages and an optional extra page with some simple shapes that you can cut out and draw round. The photographs show the PDF and a cover that I've made for my stitch journal so that you can see how the templates might look in practice.

The templates are designed to fit together as three rows of four pages, to make a large square (ish) cloth, but they will equally easily make a long strip or indeed separate pages; the arrangement is entirely up to you. If you want to use the templates as three rows of four columns, you will need about a square yard of fabric; any medium weight cotton or linen should work well.

The templates are designed to be printed on A4 paper, or 8.5” x 11” letter paper. Please ensure that your printer is set to '100% scale' or 'fill entire page'.

You don't have to use the templates for daily stitching, of course; you could just make an embroidery sampler using the templates, or you could use the templates to fill a piece of cloth that you can turn into a cushion cover or similar..

I do not explain in this document how to work any of the stitches, nor do I tell you what stitches to use - all of that is entirely up to you. This is a template, not a kit, designed to encourage you to create your own unique embroidered cloth. If you are an absolute beginner and need to know how to do (for example) running stitch or couching, you could refer to one of the many embroidery books or online videos and tutorials that talk you through getting started. You might also consider signing up for my online course, Intuitive Daily Stitching, which demonstrates several stitch types that you can practise and has information on choosing fabric and thread, and on maintaining a mindful daily stitch practice: karen-turner-stitching-life.teachable.com/p/intuitive-daily-stitching

I generally publish my own daily stitching each month on my blog (stitchinglife.uk); please subscribe if you want to see how I use these templates in 2026.

These templates and notes are different from those in previous stitch journal PDFs, so if you have already purchased those, this PDF will still offer variety.
