Discontinued: Mulberry spun silk perle 5 single skein

Mulberry spun silk thread in skeins of approximately 20 yards, hand-dyed with Procion and roughly equivalent to about perle 5 embroidery thread. Unfortunately I can no longer source silk perle 5 so these are the last few available.

Silk thread has quite a high sheen, a beautiful soft texture, and is a lovely, luxurious thread to stitch with. As always, I can't guarantee that anything is completely colourfast. Yardage estimates are approximate.

The size and shape of the skeins means that they count as a large letter, for mailing purposes - the postage cost is too expensive for a single skein, but you can add several of these to another purchase for no additional postage cost. I have several other single skeins available at the moment so you can curate your own collection.
