Cotton boucle single skeins

Textured cotton boucle yarn in skeins of approximately 8 yards, hand-dyed with Procion as shown. This textured yarn is perfect for couching and adding texture to experimental embroidery. As always, I can't guarantee that anything is completely colourfast. Yardage estimates are approximate.

Please choose from the drop down menu to select a colour (please note - where multiples exist, they are not necessarily identical - just very similar):

TCB1: ochre - warm golden browns
TCB2: berry - bright reds and magenta
TCB3: marine - warm aqua
TCB4: midnight - deep blues with dark grape highlights
TCB5: dark grape - deep brownish reds with dusky pink highlights

The size and shape of the skeins means that they count as a large letter, for mailing purposes - the postage cost is too expensive for a single skein, but you can add several of these to another purchase for no additional postage cost. I also have several other kinds of thread available as single skeins so that you can build your own collection.

UK postage will be via standard first class; all overseas post will be via Royal Mail International Tracked.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for non-UK customers - please read before ordering:

- Please ensure that you pick the correct country from the drop-down menu. Any orders where the address and country do not correspond (for example, a US address with UK as the country) will be cancelled and refunded. Choosing UK, when you don’t live in the UK, will cause the automated checkout to apply UK shipping rates. You must pay the correct shipping rate for your country.
- Your purchase may be subject to additional customs charges depending on your location. You can use online import tax calculators to estimate what the additional import charges will be before you buy. Please be aware that I have no control at all over how much you will be charged in import duties; it is your responsibility to find out before making a purchase.
- Your customs office may occasionally open and inspect your parcel before delivering it to you. Please understand that I have no control over this.
- When paying by card, please try and remember your purchase when your bank statement arrives. The amount will look different because of the currency conversion. If you initiate a dispute with your bank because you don’t recognise the amount, I have to prove to your bank that you did make the purchase, and I am charged a non-refundable fee even if the purchase was genuine. Please contact me before initiating a dispute if you are in any doubt about your purchase.
