Mulberry spun silk perle 8 sets

A collection of mulberry spun silk thread in skeins of approximately 25 yards, hand-dyed with Procion and roughly equivalent to a thickish perle 8 embroidery thread. The thread is slightly chunkier than my usual silk perle 8, and could possibly be used as a fine perle 5. This particular thread will be discontinued as I won't be buying it again, so when it's gone it's gone.

These sets are good for adding to your collection, and are ideal for daily stitching or intuitive embroidery projects. Silk thread has a subtle sheen, a lovely soft texture, and is a pleasure to stitch with. As always, I can't guarantee that anything is completely colourfast, and yardage estimates are approximate.

There were a lot of knots in this batch of thread, and while I have tried to cut most of them out when winding skeins, inevitably some might remain. If there is a knot in the skein(s) you receive, then the skein will have an extra yard or two to make up for it. Knots don't matter that much if you're using the thread for embroidery because you'll be cutting it into shorter lengths anyway.

Some threads are repeated across the sets, so buying two or more colour sets may result in some duplications.
